Happy St. Patrick's Day

The wonderful aroma of corn beef and cabbage will soon be emanating from our kitchen....and I will have nothing to do with it!  Well, I did do the grocery shopping trip.  I'll take credit for selecting the plumpest cabbage and the firmest potatoes and the most medium of onions.  But there the credit must stop.
